We are an exciting new boutique Real Estate Agency with a dedicated and experienced team.
CRITTON ASTRAS is a dedicated and well respected agent with a history of strong sales in his local area of Benowa, Benowa Waters, Sorrento and Isle of Capri. He does, however, also have a strong presence in both Surfers Paradise and surrounding areas. Critton began his real estate career working with a major real estate franchise during which time he achieved exceptional results. Critton believes wholeheartedly in providing an excellent service to the general public as a whole, however he also honed his skills in assisting home owners in his own local area as he is very passionate about providing them with a service which is second to none and which is very rarely provided by the larger agencies. In the past, and over a ten year period, Critton operated one of Australia's largest art galleries. During this period of time he secured a large database of elite art buyers and sellers throughout the country. Because of his enthusiasm, confidence and success in this industry he is well regarded as a person who has extensive local market knowledge and provides a personal approach to all persons with whom he communicates.
